Jenny Krulewich is motivated to utilize person centered practices, empathy, and humor to assist families and individuals with enhancing quality of life when faced with unexpected challenges. Jenny understands that our unique differences act as strengths that bolster confidence needed to maintain safety, independence, dignity, and happiness.
Jenny graduated from the University of Iowa with her bachelor’s in social work and from the University of Illinois at Chicago with her master’s in social work. Jenny’s career in social work began as a private care manager and guardianship representative serving individuals of all ages with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities. Originally from the Chicago area, Jenny’s work brought her to Denver, Colorado in 2015 where she had the opportunity to work in multiple roles serving both the private pay and Medicaid population, supervising clinical staff and managing daily agency operations. During this time, Jenny was a faculty presenter on topics of care audits and elder care at multiple Colorado Bar Association Elder Law Retreats.
In her free time, you’ll find Jenny playing with her puppy, riding her bike, swimming or going on adventures to try new food and experiences with her family.
My passion for working with people began as a third grader watching both of my grandparents suffer and decline rapidly from both Alzheimer’s and vascular dementias, not fully comprehending what was happening. I watched my mother and aunt struggle with raising children and caring for their parents at the same time, understanding later in life that this was not unique to our family. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with families to ensure they are equipped with the necessary information to support informed decisions impacting their care and future. It’s an honor to assist people with protecting rights and honoring wishes as they navigate complex healthcare, housing, financial and aging related issues.
