Katie is a native Texan and attended Baylor University. In 2022, she relocated to Surprise in Arizona to stay closer to her parents after her father was diagnosed with cancer. She felt a pull toward elder care and spent a short time managing a senior living community. Wanting to help the community in an even stronger capacity, Katie sought a career in elder law to utilize her experience in both senior care and law. Outside of work, she enjoys meeting new people, talking to her sister and friends in Texas, traveling, staying active, reading, writing, and spoiling her sweet dog, Bella.
